In Order to play lacrosse for PGLC you must:

Live within the Katherine L.Albiani Middle School and Pleasant Grove High School boundaries

Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA

Provide your own equipment (apx. $100 - $300)

Be a member of US Lacrosse (www.uslacrosse.org/membership/index.phtml)

Turn in complete registration packet and pay registration fee of $250 before
November 21st, 2009.  ($50 non-refundable, no refunds after 11/30/09.)
